Fitnessity has a specific mission - to help empowering individuals aged 60+ to live well, with increased vitality, strength and suppleness. We believe in challenging an ageing body. We design and deliver personalised health and fitness programs, based on “the real science” of physical exercise – not on trends, fads or baseless theories.

Becoming the best version of yourself for your age
The ageing process cannot be stopped but the rate of its natural decay can be slowed down. In fact, older individuals can "reverse" that process by becoming much stronger and fitter. Individuals in their 60's, 70's or even 80's do not have to restrict themselves to very light training, afraid of breaking as though they are made of glass. it's all about considering limitations, medical conditions, effects of ageing and then develop a bespoke fitness program that provides appropriate progression.
Programs for those aged 60 and over involve a wide range of exercises with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility.
