Strength and Conditioning for aged 60+ training involve a wide range of exercises with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility.

Reducing large volumes of excess accumulated body fat might sound like a daunting task. However, for those who are determined to commit to a long-term route, it is something quite achievable.

 

Programs will take into consideration age, medical conditions, physical and psychological factors.

Sustainable Physical Exercise in Windsor

The programs I design and prescribe are not meant to keep clients dependent on me indefinitely. The goal is to assess, training whilst educating them for as long as they wish. My goal is to help them be self-sustaining, enough to continue training and eating well on their own, without needing long-term supervision.
