Life Begins at 60+

The ageing process cannot be stopped but the rate of its natural decay can be slowed down.

Strength and Conditioning for aged 60+ training involve a wide range of exercises with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility.

Combines strength training, aerobic conditioning, reflexes and agility training, as well as daily tasks-specific training.

Aims to improve strength and endurance, reduce the incidence and severity of injuries.

Program Stages & Fees

3-month-commitment

Not only the 3-month commitment is compulsory and contractual to benefit from lower fees per session, but also to achieving significant improvements under my instruction. At the end of that period of time, the client should be familiar enough with the routines, thus, capable to understand and put it into practice on his/her own afterwards, in an appropriate environment (own home gym or public gym) at a much-reduced cost, so the new lifestyle becomes sustainable.
